MARIO'S MODELS WIN IN (ANOTHER) CONTEST
Mario tells the Hideout that he recently entered another model contest
in Granby - in Quebec. In this show, the models weren't judged by judges,
but by the visitors themselves. it was all "People Awards" in each (7)
categories with (3) positions in each. In the contest, 295 models were
displayed. Mario's kits had won 6 plates. His two Bonnie & Clyde models
were a big attraction with the people in attendance. The Canadians were
curious with this piece of America's criminal past. Mario was amused
watching the people checking out his Bonnie & Clyde displays, smiling
and pointing at the figures. He won "1st Place" in the "Fordor Class" with
his "Deathcar" and "1st Place" in the "Diorama" catagory with his "B-400
Getaway Car".

There's a possibility that Mario may enter a big model contest in the USA
which will be held on April 22nd, in Taunton, which is a few miles south
of Boston, Massachusetts".
